Speakers information

Speakers attending in Stuttgart should be ready to arrive at the conference venue in good time on the day when their session is organised and present an EU Digital COVID Certificate | European Commission (europa.eu).  

If speakers cannot present this certificate they will be directed to the nearest test station at
the Stuttgart airport to do a COVID-19 rapid antigen test at their own cost. 

If you are unsure whether your session is online or onsite and if you can join or not the conference in Stuttgart, please contact your session organisers. Note that onsite speakers can only join the event onsite on the day of their session. 

All onsite speakers should bring their own laptop or phone and headphones to ensure participation in the hybrid conference.
